Still standing oblivious as to why people love this anime so much...
I kept seeing it over and over on all my socials and wanted to check and see what the hype was all about.
I really believed i was in for a treat with other people's reviews, as well as the beginning which looked very promising and showed some GORGEOUS shots and beautiful art style.

She really is THE one and only diva!!!
I honestly didn't have much expectations going into it. Didn't even know what it is about, just that the animation is great. A few hours later and I finished it all in one breath. That says it all. Aside from undeniably incredible animation and design, the genius behind it is that it perfectly combines your typical music anime with some PEAK action and don't even make me mention the heart wrenching scenes and overall themes of the story. I am deeply conflicted about Sakamoto Days.
Initially, i just started watching for the goth girl because i saw an edit and instantly fell in love. I honestly struggled with most of the episodes. There were some instances where i would find myself invested but that would quickly fade away as the show would go back to square one and on and on. Animation is decent, not much to say about it.
