There's nothing really that stands out in this anime to me. The animation is fresh and stylistic, but other than that the anime overall feels pretty weak as I don't really feel any attachment to the characters and the plot is a slow burn. The only things that really keeps me coming back to watch more of this anime is because I'm curious to see if the build up to the final episodes will actually be worth it. And the fact that this anime's setting is rather unique, because it's not everyday you see an anime about the middle east during the Genghis Khan era.

Coming into this anime, I was definitely not expecting the topics that were introduced. Here I was thinking I was straddling down for a light hearted idol anime that you would usually see in modern day media, but I was pleasantly surprised. It still has those moments as filler in between the over-arching plot but in this season it really focused back into the murder mystery and psychology of the Hoshino siblings which drew me in during the first season.
Seeing all the pieces come together at the end of this season was also awesome to see, from Aqua still continuing to use Akane to ...

Frieren was a series I had my eyes on before it was an anime and boy did they not disappoint. The worldbuilding and just the flow of the story is well written and just really immerses you into their journey. They did an amazing job encapturing this in the anime and made it an absolute masterpiece with the music and animation production. The themes that are introduced are clear and really just makes you love certain characters because of it.
The only thing I would say negatively about this anime is that all the characters feel a bit lifeless. I'm not sure if that would be ...

Nippon Sangoku checks off a lot of good things in their good animation, plot, and a variety of characters for you to like and dislike. The convictions of the characters make sense and the setting is also interesting in the fact that it happens in a post-nuclear war Japan. It's a decent watch if you're just looking for something to watch for the sake of watching.
However don't go in expecting to really take anything away from this anime. It's main focus is the overarching storyline and is incredibly fast paced and in turn sacrifices fleshing out really memorable characters. You generally know what they all ...

This anime is definitely a slow burner. Truth be told I really didn't enjoy this anime until episode 11-12 where the plot starts to pick up and we get to explore the characters intentions a bit more. Everything before really feels like a bunch of filler episodes slowly drip feeding you information about the world and how the dungeon mechanics work. It's also hard to even really feel invested in the characters because we don't really get to know more about them until later episodes.

The first episode of this anime was a pretty good introduction honestly. However any excitement for the show fades as they continuously bludgeon you with character introductions that were pretty much the same exact sequence of dialogue and then action scene, all without really adding anything to the main overarching plot for another 5 episodes after the first. With one dedicated episode for each character, it doesn't give you time to really build attachments to them so I could honestly care less if they were to die in whatever they're planning to do with them.

Mixed Feelings Well-written 
Cowboy Bebop was an interesting watch. It's definitely one of the anime that requires you to read in between the lines as not everything is presented to you at face value like most anime nowadays. However because of that it may be hard to grasp some of the overarching themes in this show without having to watch an explanation video of the entire series. For this reason I gave it a 7, as personally I believe that a piece should portray it's themes clearly, otherwise it'd probably be an 8 or 9.
