| Don't worry granny, my guy already has a whole harem waiting for him, and Alna's his fiancée now. I don't think he needs any reward besides whatever Alna's about to do for him tonight after that insane feat he pulled off. Though that age gap is wild, he's old enough to be her FATHER xD I genuinely thought he was about to become a father when she walked in saying, "We're pregnant," because that ED is practically screaming that they're going to have kids eventually. It's just a matter of time. Even the baars were asking her about it. And yeah, those baars are way too important to leave behind. Some "war?" Nah, these baars come first, ain't that right unc? Second episode in and this dude already has a personal soldier, a fiancée, and a whole harem waiting for him whenever he wants, btw. |

They kind of made it weird by going into the young age of Alna (15 😬) compared to Dias (35). Before then, I sort of had the vibe that Alna was an adult because she seemed knowledgeable and capable, and would be odd if she was a child.
Beyond that, it seems like Alna's horn is there to glow like a quest marker every time Dias needs to be told of an event.
One of the Kingdom's Princesses coming to request aid (due to a potential civil war?) was interesting though, and it seems that there's some factionalism going on in the capital with Dias not being favoured by some.

@pansz Agreed. But the way this anime, and many others, handle "politics" in medieval society is...disappointing. A smart 15-year-old could have negotiated better.

| @Dreadogastus_F That’s exactly what I thought when I saw it; all he had to do was state that the reason he wasn't going was the lack of support—which isn't even a lie—and he still would have been fair to Alna, simply showing his dissatisfaction with the kingdom. |

| It seems Klaus is the one and only other decent human being in that world, so knowing her age and judging from the OP I guess the cute elf girls aren't their daughters but will instead be adopted ones, that only makes it even more cute. |

Great episode except for the whole 15 year old thing. For crying out loud, she's a total keeper, just make her 18 and let them do their thing. So dumb.

| The sheep were cute in the manga too, but thanks to the voice acting, they became absolutely kawaii, and the princess is not fit to hold a candle to Aina, or even her female guards. |

At least he is waiting until she is legal age on his term, to make it really official (althouth the lambs-like seem to be asking why they are not making babies yet 😅) And NOW it is all explained: it was expected for him to have materials and workers ready for him, to make his mansion and work for him, but instead he got scammed, somehow, and nothing arrived for him, yet. At least now he has his first subject (Alna doesn't count, she is "his wife" 😁) |

It seems like our Dias is of sound mind and wants to wait until she is atleast 18.

Damn, this one-armed warhammer upwards slash exudes pure manliness, 20-year-old age gap be damned. Alna got lucky, but also because of her talent in detection. That's no green horn ability for sure! So it looks like someone is stirring shit back in the kingdom. Warmongering assholes probably wants to bankrupt the country just like the ones in our real world. Getting the kingdom's hero sent out to the middle-of-nowhere with nothing as a "reward" most likely means they are working with the enemies - just like the ones in our real world. I hope Dias and Klaus will build up a country strong enough to counter those assholes. |
