Well, it's a sports manga, so even if you can't read the details, I thought you might enjoy it if you knew who won and lost, so I put up the address.

I don't have Netflix; I do have Amazon Prime, though. The live action of One Piece has a good reputation for being interesting here too. I haven't seen it, though. Chopper, well...he hasn't appeared yet.

I do read mystery novels, I read a new book in a series of mystery novels that came out in September for the first time in 17 years. The author is Kyogoku Natsuhiko. It's a mystery novel, but I think there were some religious-ish stories in it. I feel like I read mystery novels sometimes in between reading manga. I've never read the Bible seriously; since I started MAL, they've asked me to read the Koran, so I've read the digest manga version.

I still haven't gotten around to reading the Bible and the dictionary, thinking they are for when I run out of things to read or when I'm on a desert island.

That's fine. Even if I don't actively watch anime. I don't even watch most of the anime that's in season. It's good to have other interests and changing priorities!

My happy marriage is timely, the manga version is what I read too. My mother is more into it than I am, having watched all the anime, read the novels, and manga. She said her favorite novel volumes are volume 1 and 5.

So I have dozens of light novels of this line lying around in my mother's room. The covers look like shoujo manga, and they sparkle.

I'm not registered in MAL, but according to my mother, she recommends this series as well.

Oh, I see you saw the live action of One Piece! I haven't seen it yet. It's pay-per-view, so I'm not sure I want to pay for it. I've seen the One Piece movie rede recently. One Piece live action, seems to be more popular in Japan than I thought.

Isn't that good? Even if you don't actively read manga. I don't actively watch anime either, and I spend more time reading mystery novels now.

As for events, sometimes you don't get a badge if you don't meet the fine print even if you attend. Sometimes I thought I would get a badge after watching one episode of an anime, only to find out later that I had to watch all the episodes to complete the event.

No, the picture is from the Ghibli exhibition and park, not the museum. I wonder if the museum would be different... The house in Ghibli Park looks retro, doesn't it? Even the things in the house were retro! As for tickets, I think the difficulty level of securing tickets to the Ghibli museum and park is easier than getting tickets to the Prince of Tennis musical. There are no same-day tickets, so by all means, make a reservation and go!

I like "The Gate" because of the military elements in the story and because I'm visiting different cities in different worlds. I also like the fact that it's not just one main character, but a group that goes to different worlds. I also like the fact that the main character likes anime.

I've read all of them in light novels. As for the Gaiden, I think it's because the translated version hasn't been released yet, so you can't find it even if you search for it.


Oh, you know, Hetalia! Youtube sometimes has a lot of anime that gets deleted. It's a cute anime... I watched it recently, but the content was gross, so I don't think I can recommend it to you.


Manga Kissa is cheaper if you buy a 3, 6, or 9 hour set. At the place I usually go, the set price is 1000 yen for 3 hours, 1800 yen for 6 hours, and 2400 yen for 9 hours. Also, you can bring in your own food, so I often buy snacks and cup noodles at convenience stores and eat them while reading manga.

Korea is a paperback full color... hehe. I've seen a bit of Naro manga in electronic form, though. I'm sure Togashi, the creator of HxH, can't do a full color series. There are times when I'm almost at the draft stage in a serialized magazine... and yet, the manga hasn't resumed.


I like manga cafes, but there aren't any in my neighborhood. I often use them when I travel. I'm often disappointed when I can't find the book I want at a second-hand store. Anime figures are really expensive, aren't they? I'm not good at cleaning, so I don't buy figures. I like to go to second-hand stores and look at the well-made ones. But I do like compacts and walking sticks from shoujo manga, and I used to collect them for a while.


As for Slam Dunk, I'm looking forward to the movie! I never really got into basketball manga, except for Kuroko no Basket and Slam Dunk.


The countryside is not that scenic. I haven't seen "Non Non Biyori"　yet. I don't really watch daily life type of anime.


If the anime is airing right around the time of the Cool Japan event next year, there's a good chance there will be an event for the Attack on Titan, but you see, Kimetsu no Yaiba is very popular. So there is a possibility that the event will be changed to that one.

Comics from other countries, maybe from the US. I think I've seen Spider-Man or something like it in a second-hand store here and there. I think they were expensive, so I haven't picked them up. I haven't seen any Chinese or Korean manga - there are a lot of Japanese manga released every month. I rarely see anything from other countries.


As for Detective Conan, the anime will have 1005 episodes next week. I'm pretty sure I've only seen about 355 episodes, and I've used op to determine how far I've gotten. As for the Conan manga, I have four copies. I can almost always borrow them from the library, so I had a few, but I gave them away. I think I have about 700-800 manga books on hand. I've never counted them properly.


As for Slam Dunk, the author announced on Twitter that there would be a movie, so I'm pretty sure there will be a movie, but I have no idea about the contents.

Oh, you've never heard of usj's Cool Japan, an event that started in 2015 and changes every year. It seems like there's been a Shingeki no Kyojin event almost every year. except for 2018, the last 5 times Shingeki no Kyojin has been there. The time period is from January 15 to June 30 every year. This year, only Detective Conan is participating in the event to prevent the spread of the corona virus.


Oh, and the Ghibli Museum doesn't allow photography or videography. There are some places where you can take photos, though. Some of them are related to Laputa.


Ghibli Park is scheduled to open in the fall of 2022, with three zones: Seishun no Oka Area, Ghibli's Warehouse Area, and Dondoko Mori Area, and two more zones, Mononoke no Sato Area and Witches' Valley Area, will open in 2023.

In Japan, manga is cheap. I sometimes think about finding and buying manga books in foreign countries, but the prices are too high for me. I have a feeling that if you came to Japan, I would buy some doujinshi too. I feel like my suitcase is going to get really heavy. As for Detective Conan, I've seen the one in the video you posted! I've read all the Detective Conan manga, but I dropped out of the anime halfway through. I do the anime every week, but I don't think there are many people in Japan who watch all the episodes because it's too long.


As for Slam Dunk, I like the second opening. I really like the camera work. The picture of Bruno that you put up was unexpectedly similar, and it made me laugh.


As for the anime, I don't think they should remake it because all the remakes have failed. Oh, and by the way, they're going to make a Slam Dunk movie this January, so you should be able to see the new anime! I hope the voice actors don't change.

I knew the giant statue was from "Shingeki no Kyojin"! There's an annual event called "Cool Japan" (although it's cancelled during the coronavirus outbreak), and they collaborate with anime and video games. There have been two or three collaborations with "Shingeki no Kyojin. They've collaborated with Monster Hunter, Evangelion, Sailor Moon, and Yokai Watch, and the collaborations change every time.


Since the series of "Shingeki no Kyojin" has been completed, it might be difficult to collaborate with Universal Studios again. Also, the collaboration goods are only available during the event period. If you like events like "Shingeki no Kyojin", I recommend you to visit during the Cool Japan event.

Japanese textbooks, yeah, they are three times the price of what we buy here? The lowest used price in Japan was 844 yen for the Shin Kanzen Master Book. As for manga, I saw them for 59 yen a book at a second-hand store I visited a week ago. The manga itself was in a bit of a bad state, with the cover faded from the sun. If you buy them in bulk, I think they can be even cheaper.


There's a Detective Conan movie. And I went to see it with my friends on Saturday. Every year, movies start to be released in the latter half of April, so I think there is usually no movie at this time of the year that can beat Detective Conan's box office ranking. It's no wonder that while "Avengers: Infinity War" is number one worldwide, "Detective Conan" is number one in Japan. If you go to see the "Detective Conan" movie every year, it's like a regular event.
