- Fav webtoon: Until Darkness Falls (밤도 아닌데 밤까지) (WED) (it's pretty well written)

My scoring scheme:
- "mid" and has a few severe issues → 5/10
- bad and "not recommended" at all → 4/10
- producers royally screwed up along the way → 3/0
- shouldn't be made into an anime in the first place → 2/10
- totally messed up production → 1/10

I won't hesitate to rate something 1/10 if I find it appalling. As a general rule, I'll watch at least 3 eps of a 1-cour series (total of 10-13 eps) before dropping it, 4 eps if its length is 16-18 eps. And 6 eps for a 2-cour series (total of 20-28 eps), 8 eps if its length is 36 eps. For yearly series (total of 52 eps), I'll watch up to 11 eps.

I do NOT watch:
xianxia, shounen, OP MC/power fantasy, self-insert/wish-fulfillment, isekai, slice of life, joseimuke including BL and otome isekai.

Frankly, starting 2026, I hardly watch japanese animation at all.
