I watch what I think I’ll enjoy, simple. I like what I like, and I hate what I hate for whatever reasons. So, if you’re wondering why my mean score is so high despite the amount and variety of anime I’ve watched, that’s why. Sure, I could lower all my scores by a point or two just to “balance things out”, but that would feel like pretending I don’t think those shows deserve a high score and that’s not how I want to see it.

Yes, I know that my tastes are a bit rare in the community, so if you enjoyed Yuru Camp, Non Non Biyori, or slice of life anime in general, you are a weirdo. But honestly, I love that. Different opinions on anime are what keep life interesting, don’t you think?

As for dropping anime? I almost never do. If I can’t sit through it, it usually goes on my on-hold list until I’m ready to give it another try (or not)
