In case I just vanish, feel free to take control along with other lead coordinators and see if Kineta or Tingy will let you still hold the event (she should). Or they may take over like in 2022 and 2023 lol. Swiggy, Yuuki, and SheyCroix are very trustworthy too and were in the same role last year so hopefully they will again. Swiggy helped a lot last year with this, also cares a lot about users, and Shey has a lot of management experience.

Yes you can work on the menu all you need, as you still have the admin role in the Bunkasai club. :D

Hey would you like to help with an additional role as one of the lead coordinator in the Bunkasai this year? Basically the role is to send out the planned mass messages in the club, also to tell event coordinators when to open and run events in case they forget, and get the tickets from designers. I did most of that last year but the role is a backup in case me or the MAL staff just vanish or stop being involved, then others can take over this function and run things.

As we planned everything out ahead of time (last year) with the jobs under Schedule and Tasks, there's also a guideline on what to do
