Hahaha! Sadly the first time it happened to my kidney stone that wasn't the case, I mean I did pass it but it was after they did the CAT scan and charged me for the emergency room visit. I swear those doctors have sticky fingers! 🤣

Really makes me wonder how robust the online is going to be, a lot of people have theorized that it's going to be a separate entity from the game that you're going to have to pay separately for. What do you think? 😱

To be honest I don't even know if I want to think about what would jiggle on any of the male models, even though yeah I guess there are some obvious answers to that question. I swear these rabbit holes just keep getting more and more...uhhh...something? 🤣 Not yet, I still don't have a PlayStation 5 😭 I heard that Stellar blade is going to be getting a Switch 2 port, so when I eventually get that console I'll probably just play it on there. I'm really glad the Creator stuck to his guns and didn't let all the controversy kill the game.

Those Carl's Jr commercials were magic back in the day, even if it wasn't for the best reasons, they made their food look a bit more on the gross side, but at the same time that ASMR visual was peak! 🤣 Did you ever see them back in the early 2000s?

It really does, that's what I miss so much about modern horror games these days. There is something about those static camera angles and them giving me a jump scare while I'm in full control of my character, that really brings on the fright. Now with a lot of modern horror games it's just a cutscene, and since I'm not in direct control of my character at the moment seems to take a bit of the fright away from me. See man?! You get it! You understand the struggle we males go through when we have no female options in video games. I mean, we are not made out of stone here, and if we are getting 3D games that are behind the back we at least want to have something nice in the back to look at am I right? Am I right?!?!?!?! 💪💪💪💪

Wow! Yeah I don't really find that very surprising. Do you have any fast food chains that are exclusive to your region? Some people may call them bootleg fast food restaurants, but it's okay we have a fast food chain here called Carl's Jr which I consider just a bootleg version of Burger King. That's my tin foil hat theory anyway. 😅

True! Even though I got a feeling some of those derpy models will probably be in the finished product, I mean you can forgive the game developers for just how massive and scope this title truly is. Whoever did the character model for that female partner of his though did a good job, if you get my drift. 😏

I get you, it's what you grew up with so it makes sense. I think for horror games though sometimes the static camera angles can add a bit more of the fright factor. Now if it's an action game sure! Nothing wrong with behind the back. Especially with good booties! 🤣 Okay okay, I'll stop with that!

Dang you're really lucky then! You mean you can just go in for any sort of diagnostic on a vehicle and it's free of charge? Sometimes I kind of wonder if it's almost as bad as our medical here in the US.

Man it's crazy how much detail Rockstar has packed into the game. Even if it's not surprising and the slightest. Everything down from the NPCs to even just the furniture in apartments is super detailed. Some of the character models though I will admit I found a bit on The uncanny valley side, but I guess that comes with pretty much any game that has that much content packed into it. Plus that girl got booty! 🤣

I'm curious, speaking of which, how do you feel about the whole behind the back style camera angle over static camera angles? Which side do you fall on my man? 🤔

I swear sometimes I think these big fast food companies are trying to bank on memes to get their product more publicity. I'm sure you remember how magical the Wendy's Twitter account was back in the day right? So many good one-liners that you wouldn't expect. 😅

What I think I find the most frustrating about mechanics these days is that they are now charging you to have a diagnosis done on your car, when many of them would just give you a free quote back in the day. And these diagnosis can cost hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, just for them to look and not do anything. 😤

No I got busy these past few days so I didn't see anything about the new GTA trailer, are the visuals becoming more and more like real life these days? Hopefully if I do get the game and jump online it'll be better than my experience with Red Dead Redemptions online. If you remember that situation. 😅

It really was! Even if back then sometimes our greatest enemy in those DMC games where the camera. Hahaha!

Oh gosh I could only imagine! Though I guess to be fair McDonald's hasn't forgotten about all their mascots, I think they had a drink based on grimace not too long ago right? I never got to try it but it looked really tasty, especially since I'm a huge advocate for grape flavored rights in any beverage! 😁🤣

It's definitely been stressful these past few weeks I'll say that. Luckily I seem to have most of it resolved at this point, I also try to avoid mechanics who just want to charge me for a bunch of stuff I don't need on my car. They can be shysters! 😤

Oh I know what you mean! Personally I feel a lot of these AAA games are starting to all mirror one another. I've already gone on my rant about missing double a game so I guess I'll just leave it at that. Don't want to be the Dead horse. 😅 Yeah at the end of the movie they revealed Super Mario Bros 3, which was the first time it was ever seen at all outside of Japan. Heck I think it may have not even been released in Japan yet. Nowadays it would just be one YouTube trailer click away. XD

I remember playing some games back on the PS2 that had some really beautiful scenes with its static camera angles, the stars and a full moon and everything. Now it seems all of those types of angles only happen in cut scenes. 😭

A Ronald McDonald version of Pennywise you say? Now that is a lawsuit just waiting to happen, though I wouldn't mind at least some sort of cool crossover. 🤣 Back when I was a kid I remember they would have a sticker of Ronald waving at you as you made your way to the drive-thru. From what I hear they took him off as the McDonald's mascot because the way people looked at clowns changed over the years. I'm assuming not for the better either. Hahaha!

Thanks for understanding brother! Yeah I've been having some car issues lately, nothing is wrong with my car per se but some of the parts with the shock and frame are starting to show its age, so I'm trying to get some diagnostics done on it to see what I can do to fix the issue.

I remember back in the days when Donkey Kong Country first came out everybody was so blown away that they were actually rendering 3D models and shrinking them down into a 2d plane of existence, if you can qualify it as a plane of existence. 🤣 Not sure if you've ever seen the movie called The wizard where they first introduced Super Mario Bros 3, and everybody was blown away. Just imagine if they would have pulled out Donkey Kong Country back then, kids would have lost their minds!

Hahaha! Truth! I'll probably always be the oddball out, at the very least I still enjoy static camera angles, and I feel there are a lot of people that still enjoy them as well. Don't get me wrong I don't think behind the camera is a bad thing, it just doesn't give you the same experience that static camera angles can oftentimes achieve.

Honestly? As much as I'm not a fan of AI I will admit that if it is just something that is you sparingly in our lives and doesn't become the end all be all of everything, then I'm okay with it. I don't want a creepy AI Ronald McDonald to be at the drive-thru window whenever I am ordering my quarter pounder. That's just nightmare fuel waiting to happen! 😭

Hahaha! Well those are the in-game graphics, I guess by today's standards the character models do look a bit on the creepy side. Back in the day though it was one of the first anime themed video games that actually had a professional dubbing company behind it. It was a really big deal back then. Here is an image of her in a 2D art style, maybe you'll find it less of The uncanny valley. 😅

I'm glad to hear that AI hasn't been getting in the way of your job. Do you feel like it's becoming more and more of a thing in your classification though? It just seems as the days and months go by we are seeing more and more of AI taking over things in that industry. I definitely prefer more organic stuff though when it comes to creation and tech like that. Yeah I had to future proof his content just in case, you never know what his family might have plans for in the future with his content. I would imagine they wouldn't do it because that's part of his history and memories, but you never know. 😭

True, I wouldn't be surprised about that either. So much has changed ever since AI became more and more of a thing these past years, and even though these companies are remaining hush-hush about it I could only imagine all the stuff they're implementing to make things easier, and most of all save money on labor. How big are you into AI by the way? Do you use it for anything in particular or just the kind of standard stuff like picture editing and whatnot. 🤔

Speaking of Xenoblade they recently just added a new skin featuring one of the old Xenosaga characters, I was a huge fan of the game back in the PS2 era. I literally jump for joy when I saw this! 😍



It's funny, but usually my favorite consoles tend to vary depending on the generation. For instance when I first got into gaming I was really big into the Atari over the intellivision, then the next generation I was more of a NES gamer, then in the Next generation I was more of a Sega Genesis guy, then more of a N64 after that, then a Dreamcast person, then a PS3 person, and now finally I think I've gone to the original Switch. Can't pick a runner in the next gen because I haven't purchased any yet. 😭 How did you pick and choose your consoles growing up?

Yeah it's kind of become a tradition overtime, I really do hope that none of his family members delete his YouTube channel. It's one of the reasons why I downloaded a few of them just in case.

It's such a shame, I've been buying Sony platform since the PS1 days and this really does feel like the end of an era. Whenever it eventually does come down, 72 years from now I'll probably put down the cash at that point. 😭

It definitely was really hard during those covid days. Thankfully my friend from Burger King used to upload a few videos every now and then, his channel was never big but he just enjoyed doing it for the love. Only a handful of videos but I still go back and watch them from time to time to remember the good old days.

Since we're on the subject of FPS titles, how many more decades do you think it'll be until we get and Half-Life 3? XD

They do! They even have a Castlevania marble game that I played a few weeks ago at a Round One bowling center. I actually want a trading card too. Boy how the mighty have fallen! 😔

I think so long as Nintendo can steer clear of that whole key card incident they'll be all right. I've heard supposedly that ever since Sony announced that they were discontinuing physical media Switch 2 sales have skyrocketed compared to what they were. This is only second-hand information I've heard though so not 100% sure how legit it is. Wouldn't surprise me though. I plan to get the console too someday, just waiting for more games to be released. Same thing with the PS5, I have like six games at this point that I want to play so that more than warrants me getting the console, I'm just waiting for it to come down in price. If it ever does! Don't want to sell off my kidneys just yet. 🤣

That's awesome man! Glad to hear that nothing too bad hits your circle and that everybody came out of it safe and sound. The worst that happened to me is that unfortunately one of my good friends that used to work at a local Burger King in my area, passed away of covid. He was overweight and diabetic so I have a feeling that was the reason why. He was only 23. 😔 Other than that me and my dad did contract it which lasted about 3 weeks or so, worst 3 weeks of my life but thankfully we both recovered.

Honestly it's probably all for the best. The way that Konami is these days I don't think they could do justice to their franchises anymore, beyond gambling machines. 😅

It really does make me wonder if Nintendo will be the last console manufacturer left in the future. I really just can't see Sony or Microsoft surviving at this point, especially since they don't even really support the console market anymore, and are slowly shifting more to a PC strategy, even if it is still with consoles. Yeah I tend to agree with you on that. I think my favorite GTA game was vice City since I'm an 80s kid. Hahaha! I think I was more of a Red Dead Redemption guy after the 6th generation of consoles ended when it came to their franchises. 😵‍💫

Speaking of the pandemic, I don't think we've ever talked about the effect it had on us personally. How are things on your end? Did you know of anybody that got sick, or maybe you yourself?

I remember Halo being such a breath of fresh air back in the day, you were able to do things in multiplayer that were unheard of back in the day. It's funny that a lot of gamers out there still think that Bungie is in charge of Halo anymore. 😅

Seems to me like Konami is having more third-party developers bring back their IPs, which is fine I guess since they don't really have much of an interest of doing anything with them themselves. 😭

Speaking of steam, man after seeing those prices for their console I guess I probably won't end up getting one after all. I just can't justify paying for figures for a base console that doesn't even come with a controller. 😭 Do any of the GTA bundle packs interest you?

Hahaha! That honestly wouldn't surprise me. I remember back before like 2017 I think the limits were much lower, so pretty much anyone could be monetized. Then again for any channels who aren't able to meet that threshold, YouTube monetizes them anyway but keeps all of the revenue. 🤣

Agreed! Man it still makes me so sad to this day that we never got PT, I guess we can take solace in the fact that Konami is at least taking an interest in Silent Hill again. 😭
