A little silly.

I have been an avid anime fan since 2014. Although watching on-and-off over the years I will nevertheless remain a huge fan of the industry. It is what got me to delve into my life-long passion of drawing and creating artwork and I will be forever grateful for anime in that regard. I find a lot of anime to fill in the gaps of what Western media is unable to provide me with. It is an industry that produces far more art and fun for me than it does anywhere else. With that being said...

Top 10 Favorite Characters:
1.) Not even gonna TRY and list all of my favorites from FMAB so I will just say pick your poison and I probably love them. I love pretty much the entire cast (including the antagonists) equally and for different reasons so if you're curious (for whatever reason) about my thoughts on a particular character I can 100% tell you why I love that specific character.
2.) Ken Kaneki (Tokyo Ghoul)
3.) Stark, Fern, and Frieren (Frieren: Beyond Journey's End)
4.) Maomao and Jinshi (The Apothecary Diaries) (More-so Maomao than Jinshi but I also love Jinshi and wanted to mention him here as well)
5.) Kyoutaro Ichikawa and Anna Yamada (The Dangers in My Heart)
6.) Marcille Donato (Delicious in Dungeon)
7.) Homura Akemi (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) tied with Yoshiki Tsujinaka (The Summer Hikaru Died)

^Some of these shows have ties between my favorites from the piece in question (Mob Pyscho 100 and FMAB being great examples). I have a GREAT difficulty picking a favorite from some of these shows so I just group my favorites into one rank (sorry/not sorry).


I'm not really a big manga reader so I don't have much to say in regard to much of my manga endeavors other than I fucking love Tokyo Ghoul. I am wanting to eventually get into reading more manga but unfortunately my hurdle is reading it in the first place. I have a really hard time reading from a screen (it really puts a strain on my already poor eyesight) and so that means obtaining physical copies of the manga I want to read and that is going to be expensive. So for now, I just really like Tokyo Ghoul and some of Junji Ito's works because they're short enough to warrant reading digitally.

My way of talking and writing about anime has changed a lot over the time I have been on MAL. Most of my thoughts are written down in the notes of the anime entries in my own list so if you'd like to read those just message me. Otherwise I sometimes post my thoughts (especially for particular episodes of whatever I feel strongly about) in forums. I do greatly enjoy writing and discussing opinions and thoughts so do not hesitate to initiate!
