'Ryoumin 0-nin Start no Henkyou Ryoushu-sama' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Theme Songs, Second Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Fuurou's Ryoumin 0-nin Start no Henkyou Ryoushu-sama (The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects: The Blue-Horned Maiden) revealed additional cast, staff, the theme songs, and second promotional video on Friday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere on July 10 at 10:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by MBS, BS Asahi and AT-X.

Japanese pop-rock band CROWN HEAD (Kun Tun Tianxia Zhi Zhang Men Guilai) is performing the opening theme "Wonder." Singer Kaya (Hell Mode: Yarikomizuki no Gamer wa Hai Settei no Isekai de Musou suru) is performing the ending theme "Hoshi Furu Yoru no Yakusoku." The opening theme is previewed in the second promo below.

Kenichi Imaizumi (Kingdom 3rd Season) is directing the anime at animation studio42, with Kunihiko Okada (Katainaka no Ossan, Kensei ni Naru) handling the series composition. Keiichi Tsuboyama (PriPri Chii-chan!! chief animation director) is designing the characters.

Fuurou began penning the fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in January 2018. Earth Star Entertainment later acquired the series and began publishing the light novel under its Earth Star Novel imprint with illustrations by Kinta in October 2018 and published the 14th volume in September 2025.

Yumbo began drawing a manga adaptation on the Comic Earth☆Star website in December 2018. Earth Star Entertainment published the 14th volume on January 9.

J-Novel Club licensed the light novel and manga adaptation for digital release in English in September 2023 and July 2023, respectively. The 13th light novel volume went on sale on April 14, with the 14th volume planned for a June 22 release. The 13th manga volume was released on May 13.
