Is there any difference between mini-episodes and regular ones?

I started watching this anime yesterday, and I've watched all four episodes available so far. I read that the mini-episodes are the same as the regular ones, with the only difference being that two mini-episodes make up one regular episode.

Since I'm enjoying this anime way more than I expected (I'm even thinking of buying the manga), I'm wondering whether I should watch the mini-episodes as well, or if they're exactly the same as the ones currently airing. Even if there are only minor additions, I think that for me it would be worth watching them, considering how much I'm enjoying the series.

just watch the weekly release since the episodes after the mini will also release weekly.

@Yava_01 I think the mini episodes cover all the way to episode 6. So if you watched all the mini episodes you won't get any new content until episode 7.

You’re lucky! You only have to wait two weeks for episode 7 then! I’m rewatching full episodes dubbed after watching the mini episodes (where were ofc subbed).

the mini episodes are episodes 1-6 split in halves. the mini episodes ended at episode 6 which comes out next. episode 7 will be all new not in mini episodes

Every 2 mini episodes = 1 standard episode

Mini ep 1 + mini ep 2 = episode 1
Mini ep 3 + mini ep 4 = episode 2
Mini ep 5 + mini ep 6 = episode 3 etc.

We basically have content in mini episode format covering until episode 6. We’ll start getting new unadapted content starting in episode 7.

The mini-episodes only have differences in the op/ed. This also includes the in-store (while sasaki shops) music, which is different as it used its respective openings and endings. Other than that just wait for episode seven which will be new content (although I’m rewatching them all for the sake of it).

Having watched the mini episodes first. The series flows better in mini episodes. At least the first 8 (4 episodes) felt like they do.
