| The empire took a bold move this episode imo. With the peace talks and negotiations, this was actually a very bold move for a military offensive. Tanya also has an important role in this. On the other hand, I'm not that surprised how this went down. The Empire had to make a move that they believe is right. |

| The Empire is now in full offensive mode even with peace talks ongoing. Tanya and her unit were called into action once more to be apart of the offensive and bring the fight to the enemy. |

| Rudersdorf, what are you on?! Pretty surprised we opened up this episode with just him doing about his business as he wakes up with a stick first thing in the morning and pretty sure brimmed with guilt and scars that this war has brought. Meanwhile, Tanya and her legion of death does their legion of death things. Even Viktoriya was confused why her boss is literally about to procrastinate in this operation and when Warren pinned the HQ, Tanya just went "F IT, TASTE DIVINE INTERVENTION" or whatever it is. Yeah this episode felt like a 35% 3PT shooting night in an NBA game, there were buckets but not a lot of it. And there was a bit of hope but the Empire has taken its greed and wrath to a whole new level. The war goes on. |

| I'm going to be honest, this is getting boring. We're four episodes into the war on the Eastern front and we have yet to see any meaningful battle or the German forces really encountering any solid resistance whatsoever on-screen. |
| Rudersdorff.. you dumb asshole! Last episode I was really mad at this guy for not accepting the terms to end the war but in this episode it looked like it was mainly due to the pressure from above that forced his hand to continue the war but after managing to achieve victory with some level of acceptable terms that can put the lives of the lost men to rest, he still went ahead to continue this war to satisfy the masses and political bastards above and to satisfy his ego. Zettour should kill this guy. More work for Tanya 💔 |

| “Why does he have to be right now?” When you actually have to do your job 😭 I’m dead af because Tanya is so over this war atp, just a couple days ago she thought the empire would surely make the reasonable decision to surrender and now here she is fighting and accidentally winning yet another battle which will make her even more popular and legendary among the top brass leading to more crazy jobs. Poor thing just wants to go lay in bed all day and she’s been turned into this world’s Eisenhower. “No matter what the cost, our army shall be victorious” sigh, just like irl, old rich men in suits willing to sacrifice young men’s lives to save their political careers and keep power. The writing is on the wall, the empire needs this war to end. Supplies, morale and troop counts are running low yet the leadership is more concerned with the optics of not getting reparations and other confessions. For someone like Rudersdorf who’s lost so many men and even his future son in law in this war, that was the ultimate betrayal and disrespect, so I understand him wanting to double down and protect his men’s integrity, but this is going to end terribly for everyone involved. Tanya may be incredible, but she’s one person and she can only do so much. Unfortunately doesn’t look like she’ll be going home anytime soon. |

| The war continues. The Powers That Be have deemed it necessary to continue the pointless spillage of Imperial blood and treasure in order to justify said spillage in the first place. I'm with Zettour here. Would it be so bad if the government was eaten alive by its own people? Decent immersion on those days of Tanya riding the tank. I could feel the stress the soldiers were under, even when nothing was happening. Pedo-Commie seems to be also under pressure and getting drained by the war. We can only hope that he falls before my girl does. Let's send the politicians to the front lines. See how quickly the war ends then. |

| Rudersdorf fell for it, hook, line and sinker. The peace negotiation plans were looking good, but that last meeting only tempted him down the path of greed insead, much to the dismay of his friend. This does mean more work for Tanya. Her team had their own stamina-sapping mission, which did look rather tough, but they still pulled through. Even though their morale was running high, she's going to be pissed now that Rudersdorf's declaration to continue with the wat means that her dreams of peace will be, yet again, nothing more than a fleeting dream. Great episode overall. =) |

| They never know when to cut their losses. Luckily for them Tanya continues to shine as a miracle-worker (literally and figuratively) but even she will hit her limit soon, especially if even she is beginning to lose faith in their advance as she did during this operation. The second chance she won for them will go to waste, and at this point I'm just waiting for the one blunder that reverses their entire campaign and strips them of their delusion of invincibility. Too many men are dying for this to go on yet the politicians at the top don't seem to care. |

Wtf was that guy talking about with being fine with having a civil war?
| @Orishaboy I'm not entirely sure but I think he was trying to say something along the lines of, if they start worrying about national stabiltiy and keep fighting the war strictly for that sake, it would hinder their war effort and their ability to fight off their enemy, at which point they would have to worry about enemy nations closing in as well as growing instability and potential uprisings at home. It would be better in his opinion to end the war while they still can and deal with the political fallout back home separately while they have a ceasefire. Of course it didn't matter in the end though, Rudersdorf remains determined to take the war to its destructive conclusion. |
| Tanya's never gonna get that peace deal. It's always the greed from the people in power. I sometimes forget that she was a horrible person in power in her previous life and this is the punishment. That battle and HQ destorying went way too smoothly for a war, almost felt kinda flat. I couldn't tell who gravestone Rudersdorf was visiting, I assume it was his daughter's fiances he mentioned. Which probably also played a part in his decision. Yani Neko would be all over those smokes. |
