like i said, you can like the animation all you want, but as an adaptation it's SHXT. if you're gonna change the whole plot, just do something new.
people can shxt on bad adaptations like tokyo ghoul and yakusoku no neverland, but as soon as it's a bts related thing it's "toxic armys" if we dare to complain. gfy.

They should have rename this anime, it felt like a original work. Many individuals who aren't familiar with the source material after checking out this anime might try to check out the manhwa but they will definitely be disappointed because the manhwa isn't anything special and feel genric asf. |

| I've never read the manhwa bc the plot doesn't look good to me and the art looks very generic and boring, but this animated short was gorgeous. The story itself I didn't care much about bc we can hardly follow the plotline, but it was a feast to eyes. And it did feel like there was some BL undertones, and honestly? Good. I wish it was even gayer. That said, I understand the frustration of watching something you like being adapted into something entirely different and in your place I would probably feel the same, so no judgment from my part. You say the adaptation is shit and you're probably right on this sense. |
