And what a cracked skill she has, HOLY, how on heavens her former party ditched her off? They really must have been novices that thought what they were getting os normal, becuase of her being around, not knowing the TRUE nature of her skill 🤣 |

Someone pointed out how they just straight up reused the same scenes from previous episodes, and I can't unseen them now lol
I think this is an improvement from the previous episode, but still not a fan of how this show looks a lot of the time. Don't care for Elymas. Ruche (or is it Luce...)? Not sure tbh. I don't really feel anything towards her atm, but she is making this show just slightly more tolerable... Most of the time.
I really don't care for this show's RPG elements either, things like the stats and skills. It's just so stupid to me, and I think the show would've been better off without them.
@Abdur-Rauf I swear they've become more obvious LOL though that may be because people have been pointing them out and I just can't unseen them,but they reused the same street scenes two episodes in a row now I think XD
I need a count of how many times they've repeated those crowded street scenes, and how much time they all take up...

| @Alkimia the more you see, the more you notice the repetitions. But they do it in clever ways, by reusing them in diferent directions or positions. The scene with the girl walking by and shruging her shoulders was used as more far in the back of the scene, earlier on. They swap and reuse them in different contexts. But if tou pay attention, EVERYONE is moving and doing something in the background, no single static posing CG character, which on itself is quite impressive |
| Ruche design is absolutely cute, BUT her squeaky screaming voice throughout the episode is unbearable for me. Her VA needs to calm down her tone a bit. |

I was thinking the exact same thing!
The visuals in this anime are beautiful—the buildings, the scenery, and everything else—but it feels like each episode is about 15% opening and ending, 10% scenery and city shots, 15% recaps of previous scenes, and only 60% actual content :(
Btw, if you ever count how many times those scenes appear, please let me know! xD

| @ana_ni My gripe with the scenery (not the scenic city shots) is also that a lot of them clearly seem to be AI generated. And I completely agree with you that recaps and too long scenic shots take too much screen time, but they also break the pacing and rhythm in a jarring way <o> I'll count the number of those scenes from now on and keep you updated XD |

@Alkimia To add on to this, I need a count for the number of times the voice actors are grunting/sighing or doing other non verbal stuff like hmmm. ITs just been 6 episodes but I'm pretty sure it's already in the 200s by now. How did we go from having filler episodes to episodes having filler stuff T_T
| @highr0n wait has it actually been that much XD I may start doing this later today and make like a spreadsheet to easily add up the time the filler scenes take up. But now I'm wondering how many times characters in this show have wasted time grunting or sighing LOL I mean I haven't really noticed it. Also, friendly reminder that this show is getting 26 episodes, not 12 like I thought it would, and they've wasted who knows how much time with repeated filler scenes, flashbacks, and unnecessary recaps, and we're only on episode 6 :') |

| got a short recap on this ep as well but it's fine. Ruche's former party gonna be pissed when their drop rates go down and seeing the success of elmas group. Ruche is really cute with her personality, appearance and voice. well im looking forward for the next ep |

| Respect to the studio for putting effort(?) into the wonderful crowd and city background animation. No wonder they're reusing it sometimes, I would as well to get my money's worth xd As expected, Luce is best girl. Many good reactions from her, and the ending music video feels even better after witnessing her journey. Overall, I think the adaptation is good. Luce's voice actress (Shion Wakayama) is doing great justice to the character. I love how she phrases various expressions, it feels dynamic and endearing. Of course, recaps are annoying, but as I suspected less time is spent on them compared to the initial few episodes. Hopefully this trend continues but... yeah, they'll probably do another dumb recap in the future, right? Btw, when you view the recaps as video game loading sequences, the style becomes a little bearable. For instance, them showing the forest scenery transfers us to a new scene. |

| So in this world Luck doesn't influence crit damage only drops? Drops are great, but it would be nice to get an explanation for that which I doubt will happen since nothing happens in this anime. |

| Seems like Ruche is gonna be the OP good luck charm of this show, something all RPG players strive for is increased luck and she's got 500% ALREADY!! Can't wait to see how effective this is gonna be next episode when the two of them start farming that golden frog (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧ Also Ruche seems like a pretty funny and likeable character which has good chemistry with Elymas as of this first episode :) |

| "Ruche is only good for her look" LOL, they made that sounded like MC is aiming for Ruche's small body... Tho, Ruche does look pretty cute and has a interesting personality. She isn't that bad, I would keep her. (I know she'll grow into a hawt lady, I can feel it) (but if her appearance doesn't change, this is fine too) But she is also pretty airheaded... it's a miracle that she isn't fully taken advantage of, considering she only had Luck and is weak physically and mentally. Especially with how she gets all flustered at a simple "I need you"... Her innocent smile is so cute, gotta protecc that smile. . Also, the random switch between 2D to 3D to 2D and then 3D again is still funny. |
