| Damn, poor guy. This is the first time I’ve actually felt bad for him, he just got hit with the unc allegations, I feel you bro. But seriously, it’s titanic 2026 and we’re still using flip phones lol. Still, it led to a good interaction between him and Tamaya, so no complaints there. And the uncle with glasses definitely put her under pressure pretty fast too lmfao. Though the biggest sign he’s definitely an unc was him asking to increase the font size xD Can’t even hate on the uncle though. He’s got more game than me when it comes to getting phone numbers that easily, so you’ve got to respect the hustle. But yeah, he’s definitely an uncle. Only they fall for those stupid personality quizzes like that, and on his first couple days with the phone too lol. Uncle’s got taste though. We already knew that from the start with him going after an emo alt chick, but still, the fact he’s that based with a short-sleeve preference is wild. Respect to you uncle. Though honestly if he had a tummy preference instead, that would’ve been 10x more based. |

| Another decent episode overall, even if progress felt a bit slow this time around. Yamada had her fun with light teasing of Sasaki, but as she's getting more aware of him and is gaining some sort of feelings over his companionship, the denseness that he was previously showing, is starting to slightly get on her a bit. It especially showed in that 2nd part with the belly comment after she switched over to summer clothes with her outfit. The guy is trying not to get into any trouble with any public comments and had decent intentions despite his preferences, but that only got him into a bit more trouble it felt like with Yamada. The anime does love to remind you of how old he is with the lack of knowledge of smartphones and the awkward interactions he had with it, nearly getting in trouble on the train there too. Found him and Yamada/Tayama trying to train him a bit with the smartphone and even her sneaking a picture of him later to be fun. I did expect her to go further by taking a picture of her and having it be his wallpaper, since he might struggle to change settings. But both parts as usual, was solid stuff that passed by well. |

Tayama teaching him a bit on how to use it was cute, and her taking a picture of him, Oh she liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikes him! Personality tests are so bs but they exposing the Yamada is in fact two-faced is so wild lol. Also I find it funny a grown man freaking out about a girl in short sleeves, like bro what? Him not reacting to Tayama's tummy was so funny tho. It kinda leads me to a theory, I ain't reading the manga, but I wonder if this dilemma will get to a point where Tayama believes Sasaki wouldn't like her real self as much as the "Yamada" version? Assuming "Tayama" is the "real" version of Yamada. Food for thought. |
| Wait, Sasaki still uses flip phones? Tf? My parents are boomers, and even they use smartphones. Granted, they don't know how to actually use it and still rely on their dumb phones, but still. At least they have them and can make calls sometimes when they're already connected to the Wi-Fi... This guy actually might be a boomer... How old is he anyway? He seems middle-aged. He might've been really handsome in his prime. Hard to believe he's still single. Come to think of it, this guy can use PCs but can't use smartphones? I guess he only uses computers for work and nothing else. Must be fun living such a simple life. I'm kinda envious. Love how Tayama taught him how to use smartphones while teasing him. Even snuck a photo of him. But I feel like if this were reversed, it'd be considered very creepy. Sasaki is lucky that a young woman is interested in an oldie like him. How old is Yamada anyway? She seems like someone in their 30s who looks way younger than her age. Man, I love the vibes of this show. Even during the day, it feels so chill. I loved the OP jingle in the shop. This show kinda reminds me of Call of the Night, which is another banger. I guess the mini-episode format kinda still works? The stories are pretty self-contained in each half anyway. What I don't understand is why anyone would split the series when it was normal length to begin with. It's so unnecessary. At least I'll have more to look forward to later, which I wouldn't have if this were always going to be a mini series. |

| Sasaki still uses flip phones!? Well, it's not actually surprising. His phone died and he switched to smartphone. He didn't even know the basics. He asked for help to Tayama. She taught her some things but also teased him. She also got a embarrassed photo of him. When he asked about the fonts, Tayama said she would help but he had to wear glasses. Because he looks beautiful in that. The fortune telling had one thing right about Tayama. But Sasaki still didn't realize that. How much dense is this man? Sasaki was charmed by Yamada's short sleeves. But that didn't happen when she was Tayama. He was worried about her exposed belly. That made her sad. But his honesty did made her happy. Yamada's natural smile is so beautiful.  |
| Ngl, while I overall enjoyed this episode it got a bit annoying that Sasaki still hasn't figured out that he's been interacting with the same person in Yamada and Tayama although I thought he almost figured it out when he accused her of being two-faced. |

| I liked the conflict that started in this episode. Here we saw Yamada/Tayama demonstrating that she's truly in love with Sasaki (!?) And especially, the fact that she felt bothered by our boy's slowness. I hope they continue developing these points from here. |

| Very very VERY SWEET AND DENSITY-PACKED EPISODE!!! Dense-saki or rather "Baka no Sasaki" is back at it again, and this time in acceptable and rather unacceptable reasons. If I remember correctly, around 2015 was the year where I first got hold of a touch smartphone, though I was already familiar with computers years before that. So during my first years out of the rest of my life using a smartphone, I was acting like Sasaki and falling into some personality quiz tests during my early Google escapades. But damn its 2022 or something in the story and our beloved UNC still don't have any idea about smartphones?! Well, you know Yamada will take advantage of that. Also, I was rightfully flustered when the show paused for seemingly like an innuendo when Sasaki asks Tayama about making the text in his phone bigger, I'm like "how do I react to this sht?!". And then I slowly realize it's about Tayama pointing out the glasses Sasaki wears, thinking it looks cool on him or something like that. But, the real meats of this episode was when the misunderstanding manifested itself when Yamada thought our boy almost figured her out thanks to the answers in the personality test. Too bad, Sasaki answered it wrong but answered it so bad that Tayama was lowkey offended. And oh dear, just like highschool romcoms, our boy Sasaki is making a big deal of Yamada's summer work uniforms, and damn it she looks sexy on those short sleeves, BUT ESPECIALLY ON THOSE MIDRIFFS (something densesaki does not even appreciate, tuff). What's also making me die throughout this episode was the amount of Yamada/Tayama faces this episode. Personal favorites was when she was changing into her Cashier Mode, which was greatly appreciated as it adds a nice touch when they show us how she changes her fit. Also, at the very end, when she put out that sassy and sly tongue to Densesaki, it was the cherry on top of this nice smoking episode. |

| That episode was great! :D I think she would want to tell him, but it is getting harder and harder.. now she almost thought he got her, but no.. now she worries how will she look like if she tells him later not back then? another moment when he doesn't see her as sexy while it is the same person :D OMG! She really got emotional damage here from him :D |

| Must confess that I'm starting to get a bit bored with how incredibly dense he is. If this is going to continue for a long while, they better introduce other characters or show more of the characters lives in other situations.
