Koharu Fuyutsuki (冬月 小春)Birthday: March 28Koharu Fuyutsuki is the cheerful, resilient, and blind female protagonist of The Love Beneath the Night Sky. After a chance encounter with the introverted college student Kakeru Sorano at a university welcome drinking party in Tokyo, she gradually changes his outlook on life and encourages him to embrace the world around him. Having lost her eyesight to an illness during her youth, Koharu refuses to let her disability define who she is. Instead, she maintains a bright, optimistic, and courageous disposition, attending university and taking part in campus life with remarkable independence. Gentle, deeply empathetic, and endlessly grateful for the life she has, she naturally inspires those around her through her unwavering positivity and resilience. Despite her optimism, Koharu holds onto one heartfelt dream: to one day "see" and set off fireworks.
