Basically I go throw the Company page on mal and I look by each top score anime of each animation studio. My only two rule is that it actually has to be animated by them and not produced so I wont be counting attack on titan for production ig for example and no hantai (because than this list would only be available for hantai list)

Since 2020, I have been on a journey to complete every single Music type anime on MAL. As of 2025, there are nearly 4000 Music type anime on MAL with ~90% being possible to watch (excluding lost media, inaccessible media (live viewings, paywalls, etc.), or videos being struck down by copyright holders). And after 5 years of on and off progress, I can finally say that I've caught up to the most recent MVs as of making these interest stacks.
